1. Introduce One Channel Engineering Education.
2. Engineering Service be divided into "Field and Desk" works.
3. Declare a Diploma Engineer with three years experience equivalent to a fresh Graduate in Engineering.
At the initial appointment let the pay scale of a Diploma Engineer be placed just one grade below the Degree Engineer (already adopted by GoB).
4. Abolish Gazetted system immediately in public service.
5. Convert the Engineering, Agriculture & Single faculty Universities into multifaculty general universities.
6. Promulgate "Construction Law".
